Good day to you! Hope you are doing good.

I understand that it could be exasperating when there is an unknown charge on the account and looking for billing adjustment, I'm really sorry for the concerns this has caused. Please do not worry let me help get this resolved and also look into a possible Billing Adjustment.

After reviewing your account, I see that there are unattached Elastic IPs and this is the reason you have kept incurring charges on your account. Hence even being in Free Tier  you incurred on demand charges.

🔹How to avoid further charges?

You can stop incurring charges by terminating the active resources that you no longer use in order to bring back the utilization to Free-tier limits.

Due to our stringent security policies, we cannot access the resources on the customer's account. However, I will provide you the necessary steps to terminate the active resources that you are being charged for.

Make sure your region is set to Seoul at the top right corner of the console,

To release Elastic Ips:
Click here: https://ap-northeast-2.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/v2/home?region=ap-northeast-2#Addresses:
Select the EIP you don’t require
Click Action > Release Elastic IP

The money has been withdrawn from my card for three months and I want to get a refund on it.
I am so sorry.
Please give me a refund.

I thought the elastic ip address disconnect button on the elastic ip address page was disabled, so I thought it was disabled.

But it wasn't.
I am aware of that now.

It's very surprising.
I was just trying to study aws.

I just studied and didn't make a profit from it, nor did I intend to make a profit.

Please understand.
